How does mobile mechanic service work?
You call or send the vehicle details, describe the symptom, and share where the vehicle is parked. We confirm whether the location is workable, explain the visit and quote process, and come to the vehicle rather than asking you to arrange a shop drop-off.
Do you quote before starting?
Yes. The goal is to provide an upfront, flat-rate quote for the agreed scope before work starts. If testing reveals a different issue or an additional repair, that change is explained before extra work is performed.
What vehicles can you service?
The best way to confirm a fit is to share the year, make, model, engine if known, and the symptom. Many common cars, SUVs, and light trucks can be evaluated at a home or office, but access, condition, and the repair itself determine what can be completed on site.
Can I drive the vehicle to the appointment?
Only if it is safe to drive. A spongy brake pedal, severe overheating, heavy smoke, a flashing check engine light, or a vehicle that cannot stay in traffic should be treated as a safety concern. Call first if you are unsure.
What should I have ready?
Have the keys, vehicle information, any warning-light description, recent repair records, and a safe place to work available. A photo or short video can help, but never remove safety covers or work under a vehicle without proper support.
